Software Quality Assurance

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated SQA Engineer with around 1-2 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality software products.

Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
• Develop, document, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Identify, record, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure quality at every stage of development.
• Participate in regression testing, functional testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.
• Report and communicate testing progress and results to the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 – 2 year of relevant SQA experience (industry experience).
• Complete understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, etc.).
• Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools will be a plus (but not mandatory).

Job: Full-Time
Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Budget: PKR 50k to 70k
