Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Botmer International is Hiring: Senior QA Engineer (12 PM to 9 PM PKT)

Botmer International is expanding, and we are looking for a skilled Senior QA Engineer to lead quality assurance across our AI, mobile, and web projects. This role requires someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and ensures every release meets high standards.

Position: Senior QA Engineer

Timing: 12 PM to 9 PM PKT (US overlap)
Location: Karachi (On-site)

Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts across multiple ongoing projects.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify bugs, document clearly, and follow through until resolution.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams.
• Improve QA processes, automation, and overall product stability.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of QA experience (manual and automation).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Postman, JIRA, JMeter, or similar tools.
• Ability to write clear test documentation and bug reports.
• Strong communication skills and ownership mindset.
• Experience in a fast-paced software agency or product environment is a plus.
