Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team immediately.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing web and mobile applications, with a strong background in automation testing, API automation, E2E testing, and a solid understanding of Java programming. As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software products through rigorous testing and defect tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality and performance, and provide detailed test evidence for review.
  

• Conduct API automation and E2E testing using Postman and other relevant tools, ensuring seamless integration and data flow between systems.
  

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, TestNG, and Playwright to streamline regression and functionality testing.
  

• Perform mobile application automation testing using Appium to ensure a high-quality user experience across devices and platforms.
  

• Identify, track, and manage defects through a test defect tracker, and collaborate closely with the development team to resolve issues.
  

• Exhibit a willingness to learn new tools and technologies, solve problems independently, and demonstrate initiative without relying heavily on supervision.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

Proficiency in API testing and automation using Postman or equivalent tools.

Experience with Selenium, Playwright, and TestNG for automation testing.

Strong understanding of Java for creating and maintaining automated test scripts.

Hands-on experience in Appium mobile automation testing.

Ability to manage and update test cases, test plans, and defect trackers effectively.

Self-motivated, quick learner, and capable of problem-solving with minimal guidance.

Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
