Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-orientated Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to ensure the quality, reliability, and accuracy of our software products. Candidates with experience in FinTech, accounting, ERP, or financial systems will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and prepare test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
• Perform manual testing of web and software applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools
• Verify fixes and perform regression testing
• Ensure software meets functional, performance, and security standards
• Collaborate closely with developers, product, and business teams
• Validate data accuracy, calculations, reports, and workflows
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and QA meetings
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies
• Experience in manual testing
• Good knowledge of SDLC & STLC
• Ability to write clear and detailed bug reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
