Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibiliti

• esWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain QA artifact
• s.Execute hands-on testing on web-based EHR application
• s.Review requirements and technical design documents to ensure comprehensive test coverag
• e.Prepare test estimates, create detailed test plans, and document test execution result
• s.Conduct functional, regression, database, and API testin
• g.Validate HL7 files and CCDA documents accuratel
• y.Monitor and ensure software quality across all phases of the SDL
• C.Identify, document, and report bugs using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or TestRai
• l.Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements and participate actively in Agile/Scrum processe
• s.Debug issues effectively and communicate them with clarity to relevant team

Key Requireme

• ntsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fie
• ld.Minimum 2+ years of experience in QA roles, preferably in Healthcare
• IT.Strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare EHR domain is mandato
• ry.Hands-on experience with at least 2–3 healthcare modules, (Patient Demographics, Scheduler, Encounter, Labs, Medication, Immunization, CCDA, and HL7 File Validati
• on)Proficient in SQL and experienced in database validati
• on.Experienced in API testing using tools like Postm
• an.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologi
• es.Proficiency in QA and test management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, etc
