About the Role:

Genx Integrated Systems is seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer (Full Automation) who will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automation frameworks, possess strong problem-solving skills, and ensure efficient test coverage across multiple applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
• Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Conduct performance, regression, and scalability testing through automation.
• Prepare test reports, analyze results, and provide actionable feedback to the development team.
• Ensure that testing best practices and coding standards are followed within automation scripts.
• Stay updated with the latest QA automation trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile processes.
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions).
• Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#).
• Experience in version control tools (Git, Bitbucket).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Exposure to containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
