We’re Hiring – Software Sales Development Representative | KSA

Netix.AI a group company of SB Group International is seeking a Software Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. If you’re passionate about smart buildings, digital transformation, and technology-driven facility management, we’d love to hear from you!

Location: Saudi Arabia
Experience: 2–4 years in B2B Software / IoT Sales Development
Job Type: Full-time

Must Have:

  • Experience in Brownfield Eco Systems
  • Facility Management (FM) background and handling of FM client accounts
  • Proven experience in ERP software sales and business development
  • Hands-on experience with CAFM software sales and business development
  • Arabic native speaker

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Promote CAFM and BiOT (Building IoT) platforms focused on energy efficiency, predictive maintenance, and occupant comfort.
  • Engage with decision-makers across finance, technology, and sustainability functions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales engineering teams to progress qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and stay current with market and regulatory trends.

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Proven B2B experience in software or IoT sales (preferably in PropTech, EnergyTech, or FM sectors).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and modern outbound sales platforms.
  • Experience selling SaaS or integrated software + hardware + service solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid KSA driving license.
