Software Sales & Marketing Executive

India

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven LMS Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell our Learning Management System (LMS) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:Sales:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for LMS solutions across schools, colleges, training institutes, and corporates.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.

Marketing:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote LMS offerings.
  • Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and blogs.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop promotional materials.
  • Organize webinars, workshops, and events to showcase LMS capabilities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0-2+ years of experience in EdTech sales or SaaS product marketing (LMS experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for education technology and innovation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
