Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and target-oriented Software Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our software solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and generating high-quality data and leads to support revenue growth. This role requires strong knowledge of software sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales:
  • Identify, target, and engage with potential clients across industries in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the Middle East.
  • Develop and execute sales tactics to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify client needs, industry trends, and new opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, social selling, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and tailor presentations to address client challenges.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Sales Data & Reporting:
  • Generate, track, and analyze sales performance data, leads, and pipeline progress.
  • Provide regular reports to management on KPIs, opportunities, and revenue forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Market Expansion & Strategy:
  • Stay updated on Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the Middle East market landscape, competitor activities, and client demands.
  • Prior experience selling solutions to logistics, warehousing, procurement, or supply chain operations is highly desirable.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and enhance client value.
  • Support marketing campaigns and events targeted at expanding brand awareness.
  • Proposal Development & Presentations:
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to prepare tailored proposals.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demos to key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • An MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in software sales, SaaS, or IT solutions in Saudi Arabia.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of software solutions (ERP, SaaS, CRM, cloud solutions, or similar).
  • Ability to translate technical product features into clear business benefits for clients.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously.

Tools & Platforms:

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with working SMB, Supply Chain
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
