Role Overview
We are looking for a Software Support & Deployment Manager to support client onboarding, ERP deployment, configuration, and day-to-day technical support of the TradeUnleashed platform.
This is an onsite, hands-on role ideal for candidates who want to grow their career in SaaS, ERP systems, customer support, and software deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Software Deployment & Configuration
- Assist in deployment and setup of TradeUnleashed modules including:
- Cloud POS
- Inventory & stock management
- Orders, accounts & reporting
- eCommerce & courier integrations
- Configure the system according to customer business requirements.
- Support testing, data verification, and go-live activities.
- Follow deployment checklists and SOPs provided by the team.
Technical Support
- Handle customer support tickets related to:
- System configuration
- Data mismatches
- Workflow or usage issues
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases to senior team members.
- Coordinate with internal teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
- Provide basic system training and usage support to customers.
Integrations Support
- Assist in supporting integrations with:
- Shopify & other eCommerce platforms
- Courier and logistics partners
- Accounting systems
- Help with API setup, data mapping, and sync validation (under supervision).
Documentation & Learning
- Maintain basic documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
- Update internal notes and support knowledge base.
- Continuously learn system features and customer workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- 1–3+ years experience in software support, ERP support, SaaS operations, or IT helpdesk.
- Basic understanding of cloud-based software systems (POS, inventory, accounting).
- Familiarity with support ticketing tools (Freshdesk, Jira, Zendesk, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of databases or SQL is a plus (not mandatory).
- Willingness to learn APIs and integrations.
Soft Skills
- Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and learning mindset.
- Ability to work onsite and handle multiple tasks.
- Team player with attention to detail.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships or ERP exposure are encouraged to apply.
