Amalgamate Technology is a fast-growing IT company providing software solutions and technical services to clients ,We are looking for a dedicated IT Technical Support Engineer to handle customer support and internal technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, WhatsApp, or ticketing system
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications
- Monitor system performance and report issues
- Escalate complex problems to the development team
- Maintain proper documentation of support cases
- Train users on system usage when required
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
Technical Skill Required
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, router configuration)
- Knowledge of database basics (MSSql – basic queries)
- Network cabling and crimbing
- Basic understanding of web applications and hosting
- Ability to read logs and identify system errors

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
