Software Technical Support

Amalgamate Technology is a fast-growing IT company providing software solutions and technical services to clients ,We are looking for a dedicated IT Technical Support Engineer to handle customer support and internal technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, WhatsApp, or ticketing system
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications
  • Monitor system performance and report issues
  • Escalate complex problems to the development team
  • Maintain proper documentation of support cases
  • Train users on system usage when required
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution

Technical Skill Required

  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
  • Understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, router configuration)
  • Knowledge of database basics (MSSql – basic queries)
  • Network cabling and crimbing
  • Basic understanding of web applications and hosting
  • Ability to read logs and identify system errors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
