Location: Sector 94, Gurugram (On-site)
Job Type: Internship (6 Months)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role:
SparrowBytes FinTech Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Software Testing Engineer Intern to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team. This internship will provide you with practical exposure to testing web and mobile applications, working alongside our developers to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, writing, and executing manual test cases.
• Test web and mobile applications to identify bugs, errors, and usability issues.
• Document and report defects with clear steps and screenshots.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely bug fixes.
• Support in preparing QA documentation such as test reports.
• Gain exposure to automation testing tools and techniques (if applicable).
• Learn and follow the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Basic understanding of manual testing concepts (functional, regression, UI/UX).
• Familiarity with web and mobile platforms.
• Knowledge of bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar) will be a plus.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn software testing methodologies.

Stipend & Benefits:

• 1st Month: No stipend
• From 2nd Month onwards: Performance-based stipend ranging from ₹4,000 to ₹6,000 per month
• Certificate of Internship on successful completion
• Hands-on experience with web & mobile application testing
• Mentorship from experienced QA engineers and developers
