MICIT group - Bevatel Company is hiring now a Software Test Team Leader .

Responsibilities:

Analyzing user stories/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
Collaborate closely with other team members.
Execute all levels of testing. (System, Integration, Regression, Automated)
Review business requirements and provide inputs.
Prepare and review test plans.
Prepare test cases, test scripts and test data.
Execute tests. (manual)
Testing Web services, APIs and Mobile Applications. (iOS&Android)
Report defects and assist in their understanding.
Familiar to use ALM tools like (Jira , tfs , jmeter , postman , trello , selenium webdriver).
Good writing Bug Reporting & Test Case skills.
Prepare and present test reports.
Coach, share knowledge, and monitor junior test engineers to support their professional growth and
ensure quality standards.
Basic experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
Ability to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies.
Experience with different types of testing (performance, security).
Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools.
Lead QA initiatives and influence team practices.
Articulate complex testing concepts.
Proven ability to mentor and guide team members.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any equivalent.
4 to 5 years of experience in Software Testing.
1 year of experience as a Test Lead.
Proven experience in manual testing.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Experience with agile development processes is highly desirable.
