Software Testing Trainer Offline

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Software Testing Trainer to deliver high-quality, offline training sessions for aspiring software testers. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, and related tools, along with a passion for mentoring and guiding learners to become industry-ready professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct offline classroom training sessions on Software Testing concepts — both Manual and Automation.
• Develop and update training materials, case studies, and assignments to reflect current industry practices.
• Deliver sessions on key topics such as:
• SDLC & STLC
• Test Case Design & Execution
• Defect Life Cycle
• Test Management Tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
• Automation Testing using Selenium / TestNG / Cucumber / JUnit / Maven
• Basics of API Testing and Database Testing
• Evaluate trainees through assessments, projects, and mock interviews.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to trainees during and after the training.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Software Testing (Manual + Automation).
• Strong knowledge of testing tools like Selenium WebDriver, Postman, JIRA, Jenkins, etc.
• Proficiency in one programming language (Java / Python preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in corporate or academic training is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Agile / DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Certification in Testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is an added advantage.
• Latest automation tool.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
