Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Remote Software Trainer to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead engaging training sessions for real estate professionals, helping them successfully adopt and utilize our software solutions.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in real estate and accounting who enjoys teaching, training, and working directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live, online training sessions for new and existing clients
• Deliver onboarding and refresher training to users of all experience levels
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and programs
• Ensure clients are confident and proficient in using AccountTECH software
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve training processes and content
• Provide a high-quality, professional training experience for all users

Qualifications

• Experience delivering online or virtual training sessions
• Strong ability to create training content and structured learning programs
• Background in bookkeeping or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, darwin.Cloud, or similar)
• Experience in the real estate industry (brokerage, agent, closer, assistant, title, or related field)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
