Software Training Video Intern

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Software Training Video Intern to help us produce clear, engaging tutorial videos that teach customers how to get the most out of our SaaS product. You'll work alongside our product and marketing teams to plan, record, and edit short-form training content used in onboarding, our help center, and customer education campaigns.

This is a hands-on internship for someone who loves explaining how things work and wants to build a portfolio of polished software tutorials.

What You'll Do

• Plan and storyboard training videos covering features, workflows, and common use cases of our product
• Record screen captures using Camtasia, ScreenFlow, or similar tools
• Edit raw footage into clean, easy-to-follow tutorials with on-screen annotations, captions, and zoom-ins
• Add voiceover narration or sync provided audio tracks
• Produce videos in multiple lengths (60-second quick tips, full walkthroughs, etc.)
• Maintain a consistent visual style and brand standard across all videos
• Upload finished videos and write short descriptions/timestamps for each
• Incorporate feedback from product managers and customer-facing teams

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any field — communications, design, film, computer science, marketing, and related areas all welcome)
• 0–2 years of experience producing video content (school projects, freelance work, YouTube channels, and personal projects all count)
• Hands-on experience with screen recording and video editing software
• Strong written and spoken English; able to explain technical concepts in plain language
• Attention to detail — clean cuts, consistent pacing, accurate captions

Nice to have:

• Comfort with voiceover or on-camera narration
• Basic familiarity with SaaS tools or web applications
• Experience with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Some exposure to motion graphics (After Effects) or audio cleanup
