Our mission is to transform property management through smart technology, helping owners and tenants experience next-level service. --- Role Overview We are seeking motivated students or recent graduates in computer science, software engineering, or related fields to join our development team. You will contribute to building innovative tools that integrate AI into real estate operations. This is an entry-level opportunity with strong growth potential—high performance may open doors to visa sponsorship in Canada or the USA. --- Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain software tools for property management and AI integration. Collaborate with team leads to translate requirements into working features. Participate in weekly video check-ins to review progress and align priorities. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code. Troubleshoot, test, and maintain software solutions to ensure quality. Contribute ideas for product improvements and technical innovation. --- Qualifications Option 1: At least 3 years of relevant experience in software development. Option 2: Exceptional academic performance with top grades in computer science, software engineering, or related coursework. Strong foundation in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, APIs, or data-driven applications is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
