About The Role

We’re seeking soil and water conservation scientists to help evaluate AI systems trained on sustainable land and water management practices.

What You’ll Do

• Review soil and water conservation scenarios used in AI training.
• Assess accuracy of content related to erosion control, watershed management, and soil health.
• Identify flawed assumptions or impractical recommendations.
• Provide structured feedback to improve scientific rigor and clarity.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
  
  

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in soil science, hydrology, or conservation planning.
• Strong understanding of soil processes, water systems, and conservation techniques.
• Able to evaluate applied environmental science reasoning.
• Comfortable reviewing technical written content.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Graduate degree in Soil Science, Hydrology, or related field.
• Experience with field assessments or conservation planning tools.
• Familiarity with AI or content evaluation workflows.
