About the Role:

This is a role where you will:

• Handle residential/commercial solar and battery sales end-to-end, and
• Prepare system designs, proposals, and performance models.

You'll communicate confidently with clients, assess their needs, design suitable solutions, and guide them through to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Client Management

• Manage incoming solar and battery leads
• Conduct basic site inspections / remote assessments
• Present solutions confidently to clients
• Prepare proposals, financial modelling, and payback calculations
• Manage client relationship from first contact to signed contract

Technical / System Design

• Design solar and battery system layouts
• Prepare technical specs and performance estimates
• Work with installation teams to refine designs
• Ensure compliance with standards and grid requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 4-5 years experience in residential/commercial solar and battery
• Strong understanding of system design principles
• Confident communicator with ability to close deals
• Work independently and manage workload
• Technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
