This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee application-related workflows, manage team performance, and ensure visibility across all active projects. What You'll Do
- Oversee all application-related workflows, including complex cases and escalations.
- Ensure all projects are properly staffed, tracked, and completed on time.
- Maintain visibility into all active work across multiple regions.
- Manage scheduling and workforce allocation to meet demand and timelines.
- Optimize team performance to meet SLAs and operational goals.
- Coordinate resources across teams and regions to ensure seamless execution.
- Track progress and updates using systems like Salesforce and Site Capture.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date data across all workflows.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Supervise, coach, and support team members.
- Review and approve timecards and PTO requests.
- Partner with internal teams and subcontractors to drive successful outcomes.

A Typical Day
- Review active projects and prioritize workflows
- Adjust team schedules and staffing based on demand
- Monitor progress and resolve any issues or delays
- Support team members with escalations and coaching
- Communicate updates across teams and leadership
- Track metrics and ensure projects stay on schedule
What We're Looking For
- Experience in solar operations, applications, or project coordination
- Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar systems preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive results
