Solar appointment setter(1+ year experience required!)

We’re looking for experienced, high-output appointment setters who know how to control conversations, handle objections, and consistently produce qualified appointments.

What You’ll Do

• Cold call and engage homeowners at a high level
• Qualify and set high-quality appointments
• Overcome objections and keep control of the call
• Hit and exceed daily/weekly targets

What You Bring

• 1+ year of outbound appointment setting (solar preferred)
• Strong objection handling and call control
• Competitive mindset — you track your numbers
• Consistency: you show up and produce daily

Requirements

• Windows 10 computer, webcam, USB headset (not provided)
• Strong English communication
• Ability to pass assessments and system checks

Preferred

• Solar experience
• Vicidial or similar dialer experience
