SOLAR CLEANING DEAPRTMENT

• Perform cleaning of solar panels using appropriate tools, equipment, and eco-friendly cleaning solutions.
• Inspect panels for dust, debris, bird droppings, and other obstructions affecting efficiency.
• Ensure safe handling of equipment while working at heights or on rooftops.
• Follow all safety protocols and use protective gear (PPE) during operations.
• Monitor and report any damages, cracks, or technical issues in solar panels to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleaning schedules and ensure timely service visits as per client agreements.
• Keep records of completed jobs, service dates, and client feedback.
• Coordinate with clients for site access and service timing.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning tools and machinery.
• Provide basic guidance to customers on maintaining panel cleanliness and efficiency.
• Assist in minor troubleshooting if required (non-technical level).
• Maintain cleanliness of the worksite after completing the job.

Additional Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily cleaning schedules and team assignments.
• Train junior staff on cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to service standards.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure service satisfaction.
• Manage inventory of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Prepare service reports and performance summaries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
