Duties

- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and streamline the sales process
- Negotiate contracts and financing options with clients, ensuring clarity and mutual satisfaction while overcoming objections with confidence
- Collaborate with technical teams to explain system specifications, installation processes, and maintenance requirements in a clear and professional manner
- Develop multilingual marketing materials and communicate effectively with diverse customer bases to expand reach and inclusivity
- Lead by example in customer service excellence, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through post-installation follow-up
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, energy sales, or technical sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Exceptional negotiation skills paired with a proactive approach to closing deals
- Ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual) to connect with diverse audiences
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
- Strong understanding of solar technology, energy systems, and the benefits of renewable energy solutions
- Excellent customer service skills with an energetic attitude that motivates prospects to take action
