Solar Electrical Engineer/Technician

We are hiring Solar Electrical Engineer / Electrical Technician for our lithium battery assembly plant.

The ideal candidate should have:

Strong understanding of electrical systems

Practical hands-on skills

Knowledge of lithium battery charging/discharging

Experience with BMS and assembly operations

Ability to support, supervise, and improve production workflows

6–7 years of hands-on experience in solar system installation, wiring, commissioning, and a solid understanding of how solar power systems operate

Must have complete understanding and hands-on experience with solar inverters, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and system integration.

This position combines technical expertise + operational responsibility, meaning the candidate should be comfortable both leading and performing hands-on tasks when required.

Key Responsibilities

Support and manage lithium battery assembly operations

Work with battery charging/discharging systems, BMS, protection circuits, and balancing

Operate and maintain laser welding machines for cell connections

Assemble battery packs: wiring, busbars, connectors, fuses, safety components

Troubleshoot electrical faults in chargers, welding equipment, and assembly machinery

Perform testing and quality inspections on battery packs

Ensure safety compliance and maintain production standards

Assist in installation, calibration, and maintenance of all electrical equipment

Work closely with the production team and provide hands-on guidance

Eligibility (Engineer / Technician)

For Electrical Engineers (Degree Track)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering

Understanding of electrical principles, power systems, circuits, and regulators

Knowledge of lithium-ion battery systems, BMS, and test procedures

Leadership ability and capability to manage operations

For Technicians (Experienced Hands-On Track)

Strong practical experience working with electrical systems

Hands-on skills in wiring, troubleshooting, equipment handling

Experience with lithium batteries, EV batteries, or industrial electrical machines is a plus

Must be able to operate tools, instruments, and laser welders confidently

⭐ Preferred Skills (For Both)

Battery pack assembly experience

Understanding of cell balancing & battery protection systems

Hands-on experience with electrical testing tools

Ability to follow electrical schematics and diagrams

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
