We seek to hire motivated solar installers in Odessa, Texas to:

• Perform electrical work working in conjunction with roof team.
• Have installed Tesla, Franklin, SolarEdge, Enphase, or more batteries.
• Supervise works related to the project and ensure that the executed are in accordance with requirements.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems in systems and provide on-field and remote assistance to the installation team.
• Work from standard work instructions, engineering drawings, oral instructions, and established shop practices.

• Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
• Journeyman Electrican License (Preferred)
• Apprentice Electrican License (Required)
