Solar Energy Engineer (Arabic)

We are looking for a Solar Energy Engineer (Arabic speaking) who will be responsible for the end-to-end technical design, engineering calculations, and design verification of solar PV systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and study solar PV systems including On-Grid, Off-Grid, and hybrid solutions.
• Prepare system layouts, simulations, SLDs, BOQs, and technical calculations.
• Conduct design verification and ensure compliance with KSA regulations, SEC requirements, and relevant standards.
• Select suitable equipment including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related components.
• Support technical coordination for grid connection and approvals where required.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales and other departments to ensure practical and cost-effective designs.
• Provide technical support during installation, testing, commissioning, and handover stages.
• Conduct site visits and support project execution when needed.
• Contribute to developing engineering standards, templates, and best practices.

Desired candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in solar PV system design and project execution (rooftop, C&I, or utility-scale).
• Experience with lithium batteries, BESS, and inverters is an advantage.
• Candidates should be currently residing in KSA preferably in Riyadh.
• Arabic speaking candidates only.
• Proven experience using PVsyst, Helioscope, and AutoCAD.
• Experience with solar projects in KSA or GCC is an advantage.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and design accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Comfortable working in a build-from-scratch / growing team environment.
• Strong documentation and coordination skills.
