Office Timings: 3:00 AM – 11:30 AM, Monday to Friday

Position Overview

We are seeking a Solar Engineer to join our Karachi office and support projects for an Australian-based renewable energy company. This role offers exposure to international standards and practices, with office timings aligned to Australian business hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting solar and grid systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Solar System Design: Develop and optimize solar PV system layouts, including rooftop and ground-mounted installations.
• Grid Integration: Design and configure grid-connected systems, ensuring compliance with international and local standards.
• Battery Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to solar batteries and energy storage systems.
• Inverter Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and fix inverter-related faults, ensuring smooth system performance.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Handle all solar-related technical challenges, including system faults, performance issues, and maintenance requirements.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical reports, system documentation, and performance analysis.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Australian teams, project managers, technicians, and clients to deliver efficient and reliable solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Proven experience in solar PV design, grid systems, battery troubleshooting, and inverter troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of solar inverters, charge controllers, and energy storage solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) to effectively coordinate with international teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
