Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Solar Full Technician who can independently handle complete solar system installations, wiring, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The ideal candidate must be experienced in technical work and capable of resolving on-site issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solar system installations (panels, inverters, batteries, AC/DC wiring)
• Solar wiring, conduit work, and protection device installation
• Fault analysis, troubleshooting, and technical servicing
• Preventive maintenance and routine system inspections
• System testing, commissioning, and performance checks
• Handling post-installation complaints and on-site technical support
• Site surveys and route planning for wiring and system layout
• Reporting and daily progress updates to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum: Diploma/DAE (Electrical/Electronics) preferred
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in solar installation
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC wiring, inverters, batteries, protections
• Ability to diagnose faults and provide technical solutions
• Physically fit for rooftop work and must follow safety protocols
