Job Description

We are hiring a Solar Installation & Maintenance Technician for field work related to solar panel installation, wiring, testing, and maintenance. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply. Basic solar experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Perform on-site solar panel installation (rooftop / ground-mounted)

Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems

Assist in DC & AC wiring, inverter installation, and panel mounting

Ensure proper functioning of solar panels and related equipment

Follow safety guidelines while working at site

Support senior technicians during project execution

Requirements

ITI / Diploma / Basic technical qualification preferred

0–2 years of experience in solar or electrical field work

Willingness to work on-site and at heights

Basic electrical knowledge preferred

Physically fit for field installation work

Ready to travel to project sites if required
