We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solar Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of solar energy systems on residential Properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical work, construction, and roofing, with a keen understanding of safety protocols and best practices in the solar industry. Duties

• Install solar panels and related equipment on Residential rooftops.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation.
• Work with high voltage and low voltage systems, adhering to National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for fixture installation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow all safety protocols while working on construction sites, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Engage in Electrical/Roofing tasks as necessary to support system installations.

Experience

• Familiarity with roofing techniques and safety measures is highly desirable.
• Strong electrical experience, particularly with solar energy systems, is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Experience working on construction sites, demonstrating knowledge of site safety practices.
• Previous experience using hand tools, power tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
