Job Summary:

As a PV solar installer, you will be the face of the company working on location at our customer’s site. You will install “turnkey” solar systems including the installation of panel rails, solar panels, inverters, batteries, and all electrical components and wiring.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Planning the layout of solar panels based on the specific job site and customer needs
• Preparing all components of the photovoltaic system, including the brackets and panels
• Attaching the system to the designated structure, including the building’s roofs etc.
• Connecting the equipment to the building’s electrical system
• Testing the system
• Documenting details of the installation
• Following regulations and safety protocols

Qualifications:

· Able to perform physical work at a job site including lifting up to 75lbs, climbing ladders, working on a roof, and using hand tools.

· Safety oriented - committed to utilizing PPE, possess a clean driving record, and adheres to all compliance requirements.

· Skilled with a mechanical and/or construction mindset or background

· Ability to travel with some overnight stay required

Compensation:

· Pay based on experience ($22-$28 per hour)

· PTO & Paid Holidays
