Solar PV Trainer

Job Summary

Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking an experienced Solar PV Trainer to deliver practical and theoretical training on solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The trainer will equip learners with skills in designing, installing, and maintaining solar PV systems, preparing them for professional careers in renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and hands-on training on solar PV system design, installation, and maintenance.
• Demonstrate the use of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and accessories.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Update course materials to reflect the latest solar PV technologies and safety standards.
• Assist in developing new modules and programs for renewable energy training.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience / Fresher in solar PV system installation, maintenance, or training.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical wiring, inverters, and safety standards.
• Proven ability to teach and mentor learners effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Certifications in solar PV systems (DESCO, NABCEP, or equivalent) are an advantage.
