What You’ll Be Doing:

• Represent Radix Solar with integrity and enthusiasm
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy
• Provide a top-notch, customer-focused sales experience
• Hit or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Learn and grow through continuous coaching and mentorship
• Prospect, qualify leads, and close deals in a residential setting
• Build lasting relationships with customers

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
• Great organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Willingness to work evenings and some Saturdays
• At least 17 years old, with reliable transportation and a smartphone (iOS preferred)
