What You’ll Be Doing

You’re a closer, but you also know how to hunt. You will be responsible for building your own pipeline through door-to-door, cold calling, referrals, and follow-up. If you only work when leads are handed to you, this isn’t the right place.

We have an in-house call center that books confirmed, qualified appointments for our top-performing reps. If you’re closing clean deals and running your day like a pro, you’ll get access to our booked consultations.

We reward producers who bring in good business, whether it’s self-gen or company-set. You’ll earn more by doing both.

You’ll also be expected to:

• Run solar consultations in person and virtually
• Present clean proposals that actually save the homeowner money
• Offer high-value add-ons when the home calls for it
• Submit complete paperwork and keep your pipeline tight
• Communicate like a professional
• Run qualified solar consultations set by our in-house team
• Build your own pipeline and get paid more on self-gen deals
