What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting in home solar consultations with homeowners who are expecting the appointment
- Delivering structured solar presentations
- Handling objections clearly and confidently
- Guiding prospects through the decision making process
- Managing follow ups and pipeline activity independently
Expectations
- Take full ownership of your pipeline, follow ups, and results
- Maintain consistent communication with leadership and operations
- Be available to run scheduled appointments and manage your calendar responsibly
- Ability and willingness to self generate opportunities when needed
- Stay disciplined, coachable, and focused on improving close rate

Appointment Structure
- New consultants typically start with 6 to 8 scheduled appointments per week
- As performance and close rate are demonstrated, appointment volume can increase to 10 to 15 appointments per week
- Our goal is to provide high quality opportunities to sales professionals who consistently convert and follow through
Compensation
- Top performers exceed $25,000 per month.
- Annual earnings typically range from $150,000 to $200,000+, based on close rate and consistency.
- Commissions are paid 30 to 60 days after deal completion, depending on project timeline and area.
- This is a performance driven role where results directly impact income.
Requirements
- Proven in home closing experience
- Strong communication and objection handling skills
- Reliable transportation within South Florida
- Ability to manage your own schedule and follow ups
- High level of self discipline and accountability
