- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects
- Conduct site visits to assess feasibility, load requirements, and installation conditions
- Prepare solar system designs, technical proposals, and cost estimates based on customer requirements
- Explain solar solutions, system performance, ROI, and government subsidies to customers
- Coordinate with the engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Negotiate pricing, close sales, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide post-sale technical support when required
- Handle documentation related to proposals, approvals, and project handover
- Track leads, follow up regularly, and update CRM/sales reports
- Stay updated with the latest solar technologies, products, and market trends
