  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects
  • Conduct site visits to assess feasibility, load requirements, and installation conditions
  • Prepare solar system designs, technical proposals, and cost estimates based on customer requirements
  • Explain solar solutions, system performance, ROI, and government subsidies to customers
  • Coordinate with the engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Negotiate pricing, close sales, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide post-sale technical support when required
  • Handle documentation related to proposals, approvals, and project handover
  • Track leads, follow up regularly, and update CRM/sales reports
  • Stay updated with the latest solar technologies, products, and market trends

Preferred Skills & Competencies (Optional Section)

  • Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to convert leads into successful sales
  • Willingness to travel for site visits
  • Basic knowledge of net metering and solar regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
