Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations related to solar project installations and service delivery.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and logistics of solar equipment and materials.
• Liaise with vendors, technicians, and clients to ensure project timelines are met.
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for management.
• Assist in site surveys, documentation, and compliance checks.
• Support sales and marketing teams with operational inputs and customer follow-ups.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during installations.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, preferably in renewable energy or technical services.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel locally and manage field operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
