What You’ll Do

• Represent Radix Solar with integrity, passion, and professionalism
• Educate homeowners about the value of solar energy
• Deliver a high-quality, customer-first sales experience
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals
• Continuously sharpen your skills through coaching and training
• Prospect, qualify leads, and close deals in a residential setting
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships

What You Bring

• Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor
• Self-driven, coachable, and eager to succeed
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working evenings and some Saturdays
• Must be 17+ with reliable transportation and a smartphone (iOS preferred)
