Solar Sales Representative

ProVision Solar is a solar and energy storage installation company and one of the oldest in Hawaii. We have been servicing the Islands of Hawaii since 1998 with a great reputation and service. Our mission is to help our customers save money on their electric bill and power them through any storms that come around. We deliver high quality and reliable solar custom design and installation services. We are an experienced team of dedicated, hard-working and focused individuals.

ProVision Solar is currently looking for competitive Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. This is an established branch on the island and requires strong-minded and motivated sales professionals to grow and maintain a strong branch here on the Big Island.

Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Help manage the leads in our new Oahu Location
• Design systems based on client needs
• Work under sales manager's guidance to properly meet expectations
• Understanding customer needs and requirements
• Meet with clients at their homes or conduct sales via zoom and phone calls
• Follow-up with leads on a consistent basis
• Review proposals with clients, answers questions and discuss options
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects

Requirements:

• inside sales experience (preferred)
• Strong phone presence
• Proficient with productivity
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong team player with good communication skill

The Hilo Branch is the core of the business and where it started. We need someone with a salesperson mindset and mentality who knows what it takes to take this company to the next level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
