Solar Site Engineer

Argo Solar Private Limited, is a leading Solar EPC player with activities across various states in India. The company focuses exclusively on Ground mount and Commercial and Industrial segments working with various customers and developers. Argo Solar’s projects span across UP, NCR, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The Company works with C&I customers and leading Developers in this space for various Rooftop and Ground Mounted projects.

We are looking for candidates with 3-4 years of experience in Solar Ground Mount Project execution and Roof top. The candidate needs to be civil/ electrical engineering graduate, with specific project management experience in Solar Ground mounted projects.

The candidate is required to be well versed with all aspects of onsite Solar Projects execution i.e – construction and erection activities, commissioning, operation and maintenance. This will require strong engineering, construction and project management focus and ensure the completion of projects in a timely manner.

The Site Engineer will need to be an expert in execution of solar systems, project management, with heavy emphasis on men and material coordination. Must be extremely detail oriented and focused on team throughput.

Compensation shall be at par with the industry

Various Project locations across India

· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering is a must;

· Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in execution of Solar Ground mount Projects is a must and Electrical HT Experience up to 33kv.

· Competitive, goal oriented, well organized and highly detailed

· Must be a self-starter able to work independently and autonomously

· Excellent problem solving skills and ability to lead co-workers to increased throughput

· Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment

· Good written and verbal communication skills required

· Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and past employment verification

· Preferred Solar industry experience.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
