About the Role:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Solar Technical Consultant to join our renewable energy division. The ideal candidate will play a key role in consulting clients, conducting feasibility studies, developing proposals, and providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle — from design to post-installation support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
• Feasibility Study: Conduct technical and financial feasibility analyses for solar and renewable energy projects.
• Proposal Development: Prepare customized project proposals, technical documentation, and cost estimates.
• Market Research: Stay updated on renewable energy trends, technologies, and policies to guide strategic decision-making.
• Project Management & Coordination: Oversee project implementation, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client expectations.
• Technical Support (After-Sales): Provide troubleshooting assistance, performance analysis, and maintenance recommendations for installed systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in solar energy or renewable energy consulting.
• Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems, design, and performance analysis.
• Decent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

• Experience with solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of local regulations, permitting, and incentive programs related to renewable energy.
