Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Solar Technician with practical experience in solar PV systems. The role focuses on installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliable performance of solar energy projects.

Requirements:

• DAE Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the solar energy sector
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, components, and installation practices
• Ability to prepare technical documents, BOQs, and cost estimates
• Good communication and client handling skills
• Willingness to travel when required

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys and system feasibility assessments
• Install and commission solar PV systems
• Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of solar systems
• Provide technical support before and after installation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality practices
• Prepare technical reports and documentation

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with solar design tools (e.g., PVSyst, Helioscope)
• Understanding of local solar policies and safety standards
