Job Title: Site Executive – Solar EPC

Location: Pune, Maharashtra / Project Sites Across Region
Department: Project Execution / Installation
Reporting to: Site Engineer / Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Site Helpers / Installation Team Members to assist in the installation of solar rooftop and ground-mounted systems. The role involves supporting the technical team in handling materials, mounting structures, wiring, and maintaining cleanliness and safety at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist engineers and technicians during solar panel installation, structure mounting, and electrical work.
• Help in loading, unloading, and shifting of solar panels, inverters, structures, and tools.
• Ensure all materials are properly handled and stored safely at the project site.
• Support in laying cables, conduit pipes, and earthing connections as guided by the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work site at all times.
• Follow safety instructions and wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Help with minor fabrication, drilling, and bolting work during installation.
• Report any damage, shortage, or site issues to the Site Engineer.
• Assist in the preparation of tools and equipment before and after work.
• Cooperate with team members to ensure timely and quality installation of solar systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Minimum 10th pass / ITI preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years in solar installation or electrical/construction work (freshers can also apply).
• Basic understanding of tools, wiring, and mechanical assembly.
• Physically fit and willing to work at heights (rooftops).
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must follow safety rules and site discipline strictly.

• Quality and speed of installation support.
• Punctuality and discipline on-site.
• Compliance with safety protocols.
• Coordination with the technical and project teams.

Compensation:

• Monthly salary or daily wages (as per company norms) + travel/food allowance (if applicable).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
