Solar Technician

• End to end execution of Solar rooftop/ground mounted projects.
• Responsible for operational level understanding of the requirement of the client/customer, Site Visits, Site feasibility & Solar Systems Design and complete execution.
• Work closely with Sales and Engineering to offer the best solution for each project.
• Work with internal Operations team throughout project development and implementation
• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors throughout project development and implementation.
• Preparing work schedule.
• Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Overseeing project processes.
• Documenting processes and keeping detailed project logs.
• Monitor Procurement of Material & Equipment, adhere to agreed quality, quantity & schedule and define SOPs & ensure adherence for the entire Project operations.
• Ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Presenting project progress updates to clients and senior managers.

Desired Candidate profile

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering & others.

At least 2 years experience as a project engineer or 1 year experience in Solar Industry.

Preference will be given to experienced Project Engineer in Solar industry

Exceptional leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills in Hindi & English.

Proficiency in MS Office and other Computer skills.

Willing to travel to site locations all over Uttarakhand.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ballupur, Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
