About the Role:
We are looking for a versatile and hands-on Solar / Electrical Engineer & Site-Operations Coordinator to join our growing solar-energy business based in Mirpur. This role combines technical design and system engineering with customer interaction, site supervision, inventory management, sales and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design solar PV or hybrid solar systems according to customer needs, site conditions, and electricity load requirements.
• Prepare proposals, technical drawings or layout sketches (e.g. panel layout, mounting structure), using CAD or 3D drawing tools (e.g. SketchUp or equivalent).
• Conduct site inspections, supervise installation works, and coordinate delivery of equipment/materials.
• Manage and monitor inventory of solar equipment and materials; maintain records of inventory, installations, deliveries, and customer orders.
• Provide after-sales support and maintenance: monitor online/cloud-based solar systems (if installed), detect faults, coordinate repairs or follow-up maintenance.
• Handle customer inquiries and sales: receive walk-in or lead-generated customers (e.g. via social media), assess their needs, propose suitable solar solutions, prepare quotes/estimates, and close sales.
• Maintain documentation: proposals, system designs/layouts, installation records, bills/invoices/orders, customer correspondence, and inventory logs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience in electrical/solar work.
• Basic or practical understanding of solar PV systems — solar panels, inverters, wiring, mounting structures, load calculations, etc.
• Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) CAD or 3D drawing software (e.g. SketchUp) for structural/layout sketches.
• Basic computer skills — ability to use MS Word and Excel (for proposals, quotations, records, documentation).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills — able to interact with customers (walk-in or online leads), explain technical solutions clearly, and close sales.
• Ability and willingness to travel to sites, perform deliveries or supervise installations — physically fit, reliable, and responsible.
• Honest, self-motivated, organized — able to manage multiple tasks including design, sales, inventory, site work, and after-sales support.
