Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solid Surface Countertop Fabricator / Installer to join our growing team. This position is responsible for the fabrication, finishing, and installation of solid surface countertops and related products for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with solid surface materials, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality craftsmanship while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate solid surface countertops, backsplashes, sinks, and specialty components according to shop drawings and specifications
• Measure, cut, shape, seam, sand, and polish materials to achieve finished products
• Operate fabrication equipment including table saws, routers, seam setters, sanders, and CNC machinery (if applicable)
• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and work orders
• Perform edge detailing, coved backsplashes, integrated sinks, and custom fabrication work
• Load, transport, and safely handle finished products for delivery and installation
• Install countertops at residential, commercial, and multi-family job sites
• Ensure proper fit, leveling, seaming, and final finishing during installation
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members on job sites
• Maintain clean and organized work areas in both shop and field environments
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Assist with service work, repairs, and adjustments as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in solid surface fabrication and/or installation preferred
• Experience working with materials such as Corian, HI-MACS, Wilsonart, or similar solid surface products preferred
• Ability to read shop drawings and tape measurements accurately
• Experience using fabrication tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• Occasional overtime as needed

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
