Solution Architect

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Bangalore or Remote

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end solution design for new telecom products and services

- Focus on fulfillment and service assurance domains within BSS/OSS

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business goals

- Create and maintain technical documentation (diagrams, specs, design docs)

- Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance performance and scalability

- Provide technical leadership to development teams

- Identify and mitigate architectural risks and technical debt

- Contribute to enterprise architecture evolution and system interoperability

- Support project scoping and effort estimation

- Architect solutions for Network Assurance—monitoring, fault detection, resolution

Skills & Experience Required:

- Minimum 10 years as a Solution Architect in telecom

- Deep understanding of telecom networks and BSS/OSS frameworks (eTOM, TAM)

- Expertise in domains like Order Management, Inventory, Provisioning, Activation, Fault & Performance Monitoring

- Familiarity with architectural patterns: microservices, event-driven, API-first

- Strong SDLC knowledge and development lifecycle experience

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Proven problem-solving and innovation track record

- Hands-on experience with Network Assurance platforms and alarm correlation

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, Engineering, or related field

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹3,600,000.00 per year
