About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between sales and technical functions. Your main responsibility will be to design scalable, high-impact solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Your work will influence client engagement, support market expansion, and ensure the successful implementation of our technologies.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison to partners, leading major cross-functional business and technology design decisions.
• Provide technical presales leadership across regions, supporting regional sales pipelines.
• Deliver compelling demos and solution presentations, demonstrating Igloo's product value and driving client interest.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize and implement solutions for strategic clients.
• Enhance client digital marketing capabilities and customer engagement outcomes.
• Oversee solution design and delivery across multiple product lines and distribution channels.
• Ensure successful production deployment and system integration.
• Guarantee seamless production launches and system integrations for mission-critical implementations.

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, presales, or similar client-facing technical roles, preferably within enterprise SaaS, Insurance, Insurtech, or Fintech sectors.
• Proven ability to build scalable presales operations and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong track record of successful enterprise implementations and client engagement in multi-market settings.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
