Solution Architect

We are looking for a Solutions Architect who can bridge business needs and technical execution someone equally comfortable in client meetings, designing architecture, and guiding engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end solution architectures for web, mobile, and enterprise applications using microservices and distributed system patterns.
Select appropriate technology stacks (Python, .NET, cloud services, AI/ML components) aligned with scalability and business goals.
Define and implement microservices architecture including service boundaries, API design, communication patterns, and orchestration.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Integrate AI/ML models (including LLMs) into production systems and collaborate with ML teams for deployment and monitoring.
Define non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability, cost optimization).
Establish coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines across teams.
Participate in client meetings, technical reviews, and pre-sales discussions when required.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in an architectural or lead engineering role.
Strong hands-on expertise in Python and/or .NET backend development.
Proven experience with microservices architecture, cloud-native design, and event-driven systems.
Good understanding of AI/ML integration, databases (SQL & NoSQL), message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka), and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
