Solution Architect (Fintech / AI Systems)

We are looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect to design and oversee scalable, secure, and banking-grade systems across our fintech and AI platforms.

You will be responsible for translating business requirements into end-to-end technical architecture, ensuring compliance (FCA-grade), performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design

• Design end-to-end system architecture (frontend, backend, APIs, infrastructure)
• Define architecture for:
• Wallet Engine
• Payment Services
• Remittance Systems
• Compliance & KYC flows
• Vendor integrations (BaaS, FX providers)
• Create high-level and low-level design documents (HLD/LLD)

Integration & Systems

• Architect integrations with:
• Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) providers
• Payment gateways (Stripe-like systems)
• KYC/AML providers (Onfido, Sumsub, etc.)
• Design API gateway, service mesh, and microservices architecture

Infrastructure & DevOps

• Design cloud architecture (AWS / DigitalOcean / Hybrid)
• Define:
• VPC, subnets, load balancing
• CI/CD pipelines
• Containerization (Docker / Kubernetes)
• Ensure high availability, failover, and disaster recovery

Security & Compliance

• Implement:
• FCA-grade compliance architecture
• GDPR & data protection standards
• Secure data flow & encryption
• Define:
• Authentication (OAuth2, JWT)
• Role-based access (RBAC)
• Audit logging systems

Governance & Collaboration

• Work closely with:
• Project Managers
• Compliance Officers
• Engineering Teams
• Review code and enforce architecture standards
• Guide teams using Jira workflows and DevSecOps practices

Required Skills Core

• 7+ years in software architecture / system design
• Strong experience in fintech or banking systems
• Expertise in:
• Microservices architecture
• API-first design
• Distributed systems

Technical Stack

• Backend: Node.js / PHP / Java / Python
• Frontend: React / Angular (understanding level)
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis
• Cloud: AWS / Azure / DigitalOcean
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD

Fintech Knowledge

• Payments & remittance flows
• EMI / BaaS architecture
• KYC / AML / transaction monitoring
• FX and settlement systems

Preferred

• Experience building neo-banks or payment platforms
• Knowledge of FCA regulations
• Experience with multi-currency systems
• Exposure to AI-driven architecture (AI agents / automation)
